我们非常抱歉，所有经售出的香水小样我们不能提供您退换服务，感谢您的理解。

香水产品订单 - 申请退款
您好，感谢您订购来自YILI Olfactory Art 工坊制作的香水产品。在产品寄出后的30天内，大多数产品，我们都可以为您提供全额的退款服务，但邮寄费用需要由顾客承担。为了保证您能够得到完美的退换货服务，请保证产品是未经使用和拆封的。如果您需要咨询关于售后服务的问题，可以发送邮件至 yiliolfactoryart@hotmail.com 也可添加客服微信（WeChat）：TIENANXU 我们会在第一时间答复您的疑问。请务必在退件时，将包裹用填充物保护妥善，以防在邮寄过程中出现意外的产品破损，否则我们将只能退还您50%的金额。请将退换产品寄送至以下地址，在我们确认收货后，您的款项会在14个工作日内收到。

香水产品订单 - 申请更换
Yili Olfactory Art 工坊提供的产品均为手工制作，包括包装盒、香水瓶、贴标等等，因此产品部件偶尔会有瑕疵或手工痕迹。在不能接受的容错范围内，包括：香水收到时产生漏液现象、手工贴标信息错误等，如给您添麻烦我们感到非常抱歉，我们将为您提供免费的更换服务，邮费将由YILI Olfactory Art 来承担。如果遇到上述情况，请您联系YOA售后客服(客服微信ID: TIENANXU)，得到确认后将有问题的产品寄送至以下地址。在确认收货并确认非人为损坏的情况下，客服会在第一时间为您退还邮费并重新发货。

Sample Orders - Refund
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.

Product Orders - Refund
Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email yiliperfume.com to get return authorization and approval. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we can only offer a 50% refund. Please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.

Product Orders - Exchange
Yili Olfactory Art provides only hand-made work piece, including wooden box, label and perfume bottles. It may occationally contains belemish or other inperfections. Please contact us through WeChat (ID: TIENANXU) for replacing or return service. Our agent will verify the case and will guide you through the process of delivering broken items back to us.

【产品使用注意事项】

1. 香水在调配过程中分，使用了浓度99.6%以上的双脱荃酒精，请酒精过敏者知晓，并放置于儿童无法接触的地方。使用过程中，请勿食用，并避免接触眼睛。

2. 请放置于干燥室内，切勿暴晒或放置于湿度过高的浴室等处，前者可能会导致燃烧爆炸，后者会导致木盖变形。

3. 由于YOA当前产品的设计为木质瓶盖，在使用过程中请您务必爱惜，轻开瓶盖，切勿用力拉拽。
